PAF Clean Floor Systems have been designed to meet the demand of cleanliness for clean room technology. PAF engineering experience is in use in Microchip, Wafer fabrication, Biotechnology and Medical Industries.
PANELS
Clad in Galvanized Steel, Stainless or Die cast Aluminum

AIR DISTRIBUTION
PAF Air vent panels manufactured from high quality die cast Aluminum, precisely machined, accurately sized, are resistant to corrosion and have excellent electrostatic discharging capabilities.

FLOOR LOADS
PAF Clean Room Floor Systems are engineered to suit all loading requirements for uniformly distributed load of 8 kN/m2 to extra heavy uniformly distributed loads of 40kN/m2.

Vertical load: 27mm diameter pedestals are designed and engineered to withstand in excess of 25kN vertical load.

FLOOR FINISHES

Various types of covering can be applied to panel surfaces including antistatic or Static Conductive Vinyl's, Chromium Plated, Nylon or Epoxy Power Coatings.

ANTIMAGNETIC SYSTEM
PAF Antimagnetic Floor Systems are manufactured from die cast Aluminum panels complete with aluminum pedestals for use in areas such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging Room
