The panel to have triple rolled reinforced side edges to give added strength and durability.
The steel lid to have down-turned edges rolled and overlapping the steel tray by a minimum of 12mm and turned in at an angle of 45° to prevent delamination.

Solid steel or heavy tube swaged to galvanized base plate with, and including, 130mm diameter x 6mm thick LM24 aluminum head.
Comprised 62mm long x 6mm wide x 13mm deep cruciform for maximum lateral stability to positively lock panels in position to prevent movement without the need for screw fixing panels to the pedestal heads.
The pedestal head contain quadrants to accept stringers.
Stringer Construction:
Formed from 30 x 15 Box Section, to be electrically and mechanically bonded to pedestal head.
