    Floor Loads

    The Triple 'R' System is engineered to suit all loading requirements for offices from a uniformly distributed load of 5 kN/m2 extra heavy uniformly distributed loads of 36kN/m2

    Vertical load: 27mm diameter pedestals are designed and engineered to withstand in excess of 25kN vertical load.

    Panel Construction:

    600x 600mm steel encapsulation panels, thickness designed and engineered to suit uniformly distributed loading.

    From 5kN/m2 to 36kN/m2 (please specify your UDL requirement).

    The panel to have triple rolled reinforced side edged to give added strength and durability.

    The steel lid to have down-turned edged rolled and overlapping the steel tray by a minimum of 9mm and to be turned in at an angle of 45oto prevent delamination.

    Pedestal construction:

    Solid steel or heavy tube swaged to galvanized base plate with, and including, 130mm diameter x 6mm thick LM24 aluminum head.

    Comprised 62mm long x 6mm wide x 13mm deep cruciform for maximum lateral stability to positively lock panels in positive to prevent movement without the need for screwing panels to the pedestal heads.

    The pedestal head to be feathered at perimeter to arrest heavy point load deflection
